Stage 2: Expand Your Horizons
In stage 2, Individuals have successfully eliminated bad habits, weight loss continues and delicious foods are added. This stage will teach individuals lifelong lessons in healthy eating and continues until their goal weight has been reached. This would be a good starting point for individuals only needing to lose a few pounds and looking for a healthy way to do it. Recipes such as Carne Asada Tacos with Mexican Slaw, Apple Pie Enchiladas, Chicken BLT Wraps, Broccoli Beef with ginger and Steak and Veggie Pizza are only a taste of what’s to come in stage 2.
Stage 3: Living the Life
FreedomFit members are making the right choices to ensure a healthy lifestyle within their ideal weight range.
They have learned a new way of eating and feel confident about their ability to avoid temptations, make the right choices when it comes to certain foods and above all, keep the weight off.
